Evaluating Evidence: The Rotas Square – Christian or Pagan?

The ‘Rotas Square’ is a palindrome – something can can be read from right to left, vertically and horizontally and have been found all over Europe, dating from the 1st century AD. Two were found in the ruined city of Pompeii. Some say they were Christian and others Jewish or even pagan in origin. Dr Peter May considers the evidence at the Palestra in Pompeii.
